Origin

The secret of a top-class cuvée lies in its composition. Supported by renowned tea sommeliers, we have created the alcohol-free Sparkling Juicy Tea. Produced using the cold-brew method, it combines the fruitiness of pure van Nahmen juices with selected notes of exquisite teas to create a harmonious experience. The taste of traditional white tea - Pai Mu Tan from China - reminiscent of spicy apricots, forms a perfect liaison with the tart-sweet fruitiness of the quince. Refined with a fine note of Tahitian vanilla, the result is an exceptionally versatile, intense pleasure. As an aperitif with fish, meat and salads. Enjoy well chilled!

Expertise

Fine foaming and in an intense golden yellow, that's how the Juicy Tea runs into the glass. The bouquet is complex and intense, with dark fruity and spicy notes. Aromas of quince, ripe apple, autumn leaves, jasmine tea but also intensely sweet vanilla tones emerge. The palate is enlivened by a powerful as well as refreshing mousseux. A varied interplay between tart fruit notes, saltiness, delicate bitter notes and sweet vanilla tones emerges. It is a strong, full-bodied and tart Juicy Tea. With its effervescence and tart nature, it cuts a fine figure as an aperitif. But it also tastes strong and intense with spicy main courses of short roasted lamb chops, steaks or venison loin. Wonderful also with strong vegetable dishes such as beet risotto or lentil curry.
